the "comedor infantil" in Leon and on the beach of course;)
since I was in Managua for a long time already obtained the everyday, and I'm also really fair game right here, I decided to make last week leon Wednesday through Friday and an internship with another volunteer in . these works there in a 'comedor infantil', which is something like a haven for children who come there every day from morning to afternoon, to play there, and above all there to get their lunch, since this a few families on the land not always be able to afford so many children and dependent must have hunger at noon (and are therefore not often malnourished and very early developmental disorders to suffer ...)
so well, I was there in any case, 2 days and have celia, the other voluntary helped to look after the children. morning we have all sorts of things with them played, for example, "uno", the "fish catching game, or even painted. Then the older children came home from school. we had to make sure that all the washing hands before eating (what ever in one day was not possible because there was no water ...) and eat after the delicious cookies were then distributed:)
by 14 was clock it a day:) and so I went in the afternoon or the benefits of leon, a small university town to enjoy in the northwest of Nicaragua: you can then rest entirely in the small pedestrian streets and or stroll through the market, shopping a bit, in a real café go (because where there is even cappuccino and muffins ...) or buy a bag already sliced mangos on the corner of the square. all these things are difficult to realize in Managua, because the Nicaraguan capital of no center, no added street names or bus schedules, as well as corner waste of everyone is the traffic and the art car ride is crazy - that is because chaos managua quite a, and one is always pointed out that yes, "everywhere sooo dangerous ... "
was thus leon'd say nice change.
because the city also just half an hour from one of the most beautiful Pacific beaches of Nicaragua is located, were Celia and I am on saturday then on the beach and on Sunday I then use a Gscheid sunburn on my stomach and my legs pulled back into the chaotic managua.
